Es müssen nicht gleich Comics sein, aber wir können gleich von Comics lernen.

Keine Frage, Comics sind nicht jedermanns Sache. Das hat wohl eher ästhetische Gründe, denn verstanden werden Comics schon. Verstanden werden wollen wir in der technischen Kommunikation auch und wir wollen unsere Leser motivieren unser Informationsprodukt zu nutzen. Also nehmen wir in diesem Workshop ein paar Comics in die Hand und sehen uns an, warum dort die Kommunikation mit dem Leser ganz offensichtlich funktioniert, und übernehmen für unser Gebiet der technischen Kommunikation was sicher wirkt. Lassen wir uns dabei aber von der Leichtigkeit in Comics nicht blenden und bewerten, was unsere hohen Anforderungen an Verbindlichkeit erfüllt. Unserer Leser werden von visuellen Konventionen, die ohne viele Worte automatisch funktionieren, profitieren.
