We're excited to invite you to an ​event on a topic that's on everyone's mind: how do we actually put AI to work in our day-to-day documentation and knowledge management practice?

Join us for an afternoon of practical insights from three colleagues who are already implementing AI solutions in their daily work:

From Scattered Knowledge to Useful Answers (György Bokros, MemoQ) 

Every company has huge amounts of information spread across help pages, internal wikis, spreadsheets, emails, and chat channels. How do you turn all of it into a knowledge base that's actually useful? 

I'll walk through the whole process, from gathering and organizing the information to building a working system, using two of our internal projects as examples: a documentation-based assistant and a competitive intelligence system. We'll look at what turned out to be easy, where the real challenges were, and what to watch out for from the very start. 

Seek & Deploy (Dóra Hargitai, Sigma Technology) 

Orthos is an AI tool created with the intention of helping out Technical Writers. It has two main functions:  fetching information from the 3GPP site and conducting a grammar check, including some elements of corporate style manual . Orthos speeds up the review process by providing the Technical Writer information, and the built-in grammar check helps with creating text that aligns with customer specific guidelines. 

Old Docs, New Tricks: Using AI to Breathe Life into Legacy Documentation (András Juhász, aiMotive)

Your documentation has been quietly aging for years. AI can be surprisingly good at finding what needs attention, and can help modernize legacy product documentation without replacing the technical writer’s judgment. Let's explore some practical experiences and workflows for using AI to assess the quality of existing documentation, identify revision opportunities, detect inconsistencies, and suggest content updates before your users do.
