Vom Zauberlehrling zum Fabrikdirektor: KI im Redaktionssystem unter Kontrolle

„Die Geister, die ich rief!" – Dem Zauberlehrling wuchs die Magie über den Kopf, weil er den Meisterspruch nicht kannte. Ähnlich fühlt es sich an, wenn die Geschäftsführung fragt: „Technische Dokumentation? Macht doch bald die KI!" Zieht uns die KI wirklich den Stecker – oder braucht sie uns und unser Redaktionssystem dringender denn je?
Die Antwort führt in drei Stufen vom einfachen KI-Tool bis zur Content Factory, in der Künstliche Intelligenz Dokumentation industriell produziert und trotzdem niemand die Kontrolle verliert. Statt Besen, die unentwegt Wasser schleppen: Geister mit klarem Auftrag, Leitplanken und Not-Aus-Schalter.
Denn der Meisterspruch lautet nicht „KI kann das nicht", sondern: „Wir können das aufbauen."
