Vom 3D-CAD-Modell zum mehrsprachigen Montagevideo – Ein Praxisworkflow mit KI, 3D-Autoring, Voice-over und Untertiteln

Montagevideos können technische Anleitungen deutlich verständlicher machen – ihre Erstellung ist jedoch oft aufwendig, insbesondere wenn mehrere Sprachversionen benötigt werden. In diesem Vortrag zeigt Otto Salzer anhand eines konkreten Praxisbeispiels, wie aus vorhandenen 3D-CAD-Daten, einer Montageanleitung und strukturierten Stücklisten ein mehrsprachiges Montagevideo entstehen kann.
Der Workflow verbindet 3D-Autoring, KI-Unterstützung, automatische Untertitel, synthetische Sprachgenerierung und Videoschnitt. Dabei kommen unter anderem XVL Studio, ChatGPT, Audiate und Camtasia zum Einsatz. Gezeigt wird, wie Montageschritte aus einer Anleitung abgeleitet, Callouts auf Basis von Metadaten erzeugt, ein Video exportiert, vertont, untertitelt und anschließend in eine englische Version übertragen wird.
Der Vortrag richtet sich an Technische Redakteurinnen und Redakteure, Dokumentationsverantwortliche sowie alle, die 3D-Daten nicht nur für Konstruktion, sondern auch für Montage, Service und Technische Dokumentation nutzbar machen möchten.
