Inklusives UX Writing für barrierefreie Kommunikation

Digitale Kommunikation sollte für alle verständlich sein – doch oft fühlen sich Nutzer in Sackgassen verirrt, weil Sprache unnötige Hürden aufbaut. Inklusives UX Writing hilft, diese Barrieren abzubauen und Produkte für eine vielfältige Nutzerschaft zugänglich zu machen.
Besonders neurodivergente Menschen oder Personen mit kognitiven Einschränkungen profitieren von klarer, barrierefreier Sprache. Seit Juni 2025 ist der European Accessibility Act (EAA) in Kraft und stellt neue Anforderungen an digitale Barrierefreiheit. Unternehmen müssen sicherstellen, dass ihre Produkte und Dienstleistungen für alle nutzbar sind – und UX Writing spielt dabei eine zentrale Rolle.
