Mads Holmsgaard Eriksen, Content Designer, Technical Communication and Localization, Milestone Systems
Mads is graduated from Aarhus University as interpreter and translator and have spent the past 14 years working in software companies.
In this talk, he will cover:

• How I found my way into technical writing
• My previous experience as a technical writer
• What we’re working on today
• Where I see the field heading, including the divide between technical writing in traditional production environments and UX writing/content design in app development
• Essential skills for the profession
