tekom Europe Completes New Executive Board with By-Election of Secretary

Following the tekom Europe assembly of delegates in Budapest on April 21, the position of secretary of the executive board remained temporarily vacant. At an online assembly held on May 28, delegates successfully completed the by-election process and elected Steen Magnussen as the new secretary of tekom Europe.

The executive board of tekom Europe is now complete and consists of:

• Birgit Fuhrmann as chairperson
• Frank Kimmerle as deputy chairperson
• Ezriel Yellin as treasurer
• Steen Magnussen as secretary

Steen Magnussen previously served as secretary of tekom Danmark until December 2025 and brings extensive experience and commitment to the newly elected executive board.

Birgit Fuhrmann, newly elected chairperson of tekom Europe, welcomed the successful completion of the board elections:

With the executive board now complete, tekom Europe is ready to move full steam ahead with new initiatives and activities across Europe.
