Eine Redaktion, die mit der Erstellung einer Anleitung beauftragt ist, wird an der Qualität ihrer Erzeugnisse gemessen. Fast alle denken dabei zunächst an die eigentliche Qualität, also an die Beschaffenheit der Anleitung, an das, was man sieht. Doch es gibt noch andere Aspekte der Qualität – die Kosten und die Zeit. Die Frage ist nun: Wie gelingt es, alle Erwartungen zu erfüllen, also ganz schnell eine top Anleitung für wenig Geld zu erstellen?
Das lernen Sie
Sie lernen, ganzheitlich über Qualität nachzudenken. Sie lernen, dass es manchmal nicht möglich ist, alle Erwartungen zu erfüllen. Sie lernen, welche Möglichkeiten eine Redaktion hat, das Projekt zu steuern.
