Online: Do we tackle techno stress - or do we need a technology policy?

14 engaged participants took part in the online session prepared and hosted by Tina Paulsen-Christensen from Aarhus University.

She shared insights from research into techno stress - and here we don't talk about the music. 😉 She spoke about how technology impacts us both in a professional and private setting.

She spoke about different aspects like:

• Generative AI and the impact on our everyday lives
• Digital transformation of the workplace
• How technology impacts our feeling of job safety and satisfaction
• How different generations and work groups handle changes in technology

The participants also got tested to see, how the group felt about technology and change, and we had a lively discussion around it.
