2022 Roadshow@school, ELS Rousse

tekom Bulgaria visited "Geo Milev" English Language School in the city of Rousse to promote the profession of the Technical Writer. The 11th-grade students were very bright and interested in the advantages the profession provides and proactively participated in the discussion.

The Radshow@school initiative revives the tekom Bulgaria Roadshow event series that took place for two consecutive years in 2017 and 2018 in cities outside the capital of Sofia. While the Roadshow targeted university students with humanitarian profiles, the Roadshow@school shifts the focus to the younger kids in high schools of mathematics and languages across the country.

On 1 January 2018, thanks to the shared efforts between tekom Bulgaria and some of the biggest local dev communities and organizations, our profession was officially listed in the Bulgarian National Classification of Professions and Positions.
