How Can “Intelligent” Information Become Reality?
Making user information available must be automatized so that it can take place individually and independent of context and be further integrated into concepts such as Industry 4.0 or the Internet of Things.
To meet this target, the tekom working group Information 4.0 developed the standard iiRDS. Short for intelligent information Request and Delivery Standard, iiRDS operates from two different sides: requesting and delivering intelligent information between individual and independent undertakings. Version 1.0 of the standard was released in April 2018 and the further development of iiRDS was recently taken over by the newly founded iiRDS Consortium.
