Carragh O'Loughlin has been working in the MedTech sector for eight years. In her role as a tech writer at Becton Dickinson, she brings her background in linguistics and communication to bear in order to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, regulatory affairs specialists, SMEs and marketing teams. She specialises in fostering a patient-first approach by ensuring documentation quality, accuracy, and consistency.
