tekom Danmark gave a brief introduction to tekom Danmark, our board, member status, events and LinkedIn pages. We also talked about the upcoming NORDIC TechKomm conference in Copenhagen in September. With a good dose of humor and a barely hidden self-irony, we were presented with some valuable tips and tricks from Johanna about being a consultant in a successful Swedish content company. Johanna has developed some working methods and life mottos that work well with customers, team colleagues, and above all, her own well-being - at work and privately. The presentation sparked a lively and exciting Q&A session with great questions and answers.

Today's hosts from Milestone Systems took us backstage and gave the audience an exciting introduction to Milestone's products and markets - partly through exciting real-life videos. In addition, the two presenters explained the workflows in their content and localisation team. Among other things, they presented their content strategy and their role in the overall organisation, but also talked about the challenges of tight release dates and problems with recruiting writers and localizers. Also this presentation triggered a lively and open Q&A session with plenty of questions and answers.
