tekom Europe Elections 2025: Exercise Your Right to Vote

Starting on November 10, tekom Europe members will be invited to cast their votes for their delegates. Exercise your right to vote by November 23, 2025 to decide who will represent your country organization.

The candidate with the most votes will become the delegate, while the candidate with the second-highest number of votes will serve as the substitute delegate. Delegates represent their country organization in the assembly of delegates (AoD).

The Role of the Assembly of Delegates

The AoD is the highest decision-making body of tekom Europe. Among other things, it elects the Executive Board, establishes working groups, and makes decisions on the articles, regulations, membership fees, and financial budget of tekom Europe.

Who Can Vote

Each member of a country organization has the right to vote for the delegate of their respective country organization. Members without a country organization can vote for their own delegate.

In addition, country organizations that have completed their startup period and already have a board will also elect their board members. This applies to tekom Danmark, tekom Österreich, and tekom Sweden. Members of these country organizations can therefore vote for their delegates and board members.

How to Vote

The elections will take place electronically between Monday, November 10, and Sunday, November 23, 2025. Eligible voters will receive an email on November 10 with a personalized link to the election tool. The membership number is needed for authentication and can be requested in advance at tekom-europedontospamme@gowaway.tekom.org.

Corporate Members

Delegates of the corporate members (COM&TEC, Tecom Schweiz and tekom Deutschland) are not part of this election. They are determined by the authorized representatives of the respective corporate members.
