Gebruikershandleidingen opstellen in een landschap van overheidsbedrijven aan de ene en een razendsnel evoluerende markt aan de andere kant. Het is vaak een combinatie van een spreidstand en dansen op een slappe koord. David Langendries, technical writer bij Unifly, deelt ervaringen en tips uit de brandend actuele wereld van de onbemande luchtvaart.
