Speaker: Thomas Bro-Rasmussen, Labelling Manager, GN Hearing
Thomas has 11 years of academic training as a biologist, human physiologist and biochemist. Then 40 years of user manuals. In all guises, for a wide range of industries and lots of languages. Now he is department manager for approx. 20 employee in Denmark and India – all with communication through user manuals as a passion.

In today's rapidly evolving market, understanding and anticipating customer needs is crucial for business success. This talk will delve into the current trends shaping Technical Communication. What is needed to meet the customers behavior and expectations? Digital transformation, personalized content, different channels, sustainability etc.
The presentation will be held in English.
Speaker: Magnus Pårup, Head of Technical Communication Solutions, Denmark, Etteplan
Magnus Pårup is a Senior Manager at Etteplan, with over 20 years of experience in managing technical communication projects, departments, and business units. Currently, he heads Technical Communication Solutions (TCS) in Denmark. Throughout his tenure at Etteplan, Magnus has also managed units in Sweden, Germany, and the Netherlands. His extensive involvement in various aspects of technical communication has equipped him with broad knowledge and understanding of the field. Magnus is adept at helping customers meet their current needs while preparing them for future challenges.

My career path, documentation in a global setup at BAADER, machinery safety and how it relates to documentation, and leadership of documentation staff in a global perspective.
Speaker: Tine Hertz, Head of R&D and Engineering, BAADER Food Systems Denmark A/S
MA, International Business Communication, English, (cand.ling.merc.), Aarhus University.
Participates in standardization committee 246 concerning food machinery (Dansk Standard) and is member of The Board of Advisors for Regulations and Standards at tekom Europe e.V.
