Speaker
Kim Van Den Heede
Kim Van Den Heede has a background in Technical Writing and has been working with Information Mapping since 2018. She is an Information Mapping Certified Consultant and leads our Professional Services team. At the University of Ghent, Kim studied Multilingual Communications. She’s always been fascinated by how cultures communicate universal messages in different ways. Every day, she sees how information loses its effect because of inappropriate styles and wording, complex sentence structures, etc. It genuinely makes her happy when people say, "Information Mapping opened my eyes."
